- 4 pitted black Olives
- 1 slice Salami (30 grams)
- 10 centimeters Cucumber
- Iceberg lettuce
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Whole wheat bun
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps chopped, mixed Fresh herbs (such as dill, parsley)
Preparation steps

Slice the olives and cut the salami in very small cubes. Peel the cucumber, halve lengthwise, remove seeds with a spoon and finely chop.

Trim the lettuce, rinse, spin dry and cut into thin strips.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices.
4.
Cut a lid from the roll and scoop out the bread slightly. Mix 1 tablespoon diced cucumber with the lettuce strips, olives and salami.
5.
For the dressing, mix the oil with vinegar, 50 ml (approximately 3 tablespoons) of water, salt to taste and herbs. Mix the salad with the dressing. Spoon onto the bottom bun half, top with the tomato slices and cover with the lid. Serve immediately.
