Preparation steps

Preheat the oven broiler.

Rinse peaches, cut in half, remove pit and place in an ovenproof baking dish with the skin down. Mix lemon juice with honey and liqueur in a bowl, brush over peaches and cook under the broiler, watching carefully, for about 10 minutes.

Serve immediately.
