- 800 grams Turkey
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 5 Tbsps vegetable oil (with basil)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 200 milliliters Chicken broth
- 500 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps Caper
- ½ tsp Sambal oelek

Preparation steps

Rinse turkey breast and pat dry. Season heavily with salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan in 2 tablespoons of oil and brown on all sides on stove. Sprinkle with lemon juice and bake in a preheated oven on second shelf from the bottom at 190°C (approximately 375°F) for 40 minutes.

Pour in 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of broth. Rinse tomatoes and add to roasting pan after turkey has been roasting for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar. Mix parsley, peeled garlic, capers, remaining broth, remaining oil and sambal oelek and puree with an immersion blender. Season with salt. Remove turkey from oven, slice and serve with tomatoes and sauce.
