1 Pumpkin (approx 1.5 kg.)
½ cup butter (melted)
cup Oil
2 Tbsps honey
2 lemons (juice)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground Black pepper
5 sprigs rosemary

1 Cutting board, 1 kleines spitzes Knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small pot, 1 Immersion blender

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4.
2.
Cut the pumpkin into wedges or thick slices and discard the seeds.
3.
Mix together the butter, oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper and toss the pumpkin in the mixture.
4.
Place in a baking dish and scatter over the rosemary leaves.
5.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the pumpkin is tender.
