1 small chicken
1 parsley
50 grams liquid butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ tsp ground paprika

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse parsley, shake dry and put into abdominal cavity of the chicken.

2.

Mix butter, salt, pepper and paprika.

3.

Brush butter mixture on chicken. 

4.

Put chicken on a spit, tie together with kitchen string and broil at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 1 hour. Baste with butter mixture throughout. 

5.

Serve, as desired, with potato and radish salad.
