- 1 ⅕ kilograms Beef fillet (from the middle piece, wrapped in bacon; Preparing the butcher and can cope bind)
- For the vegetables
- 250 grams mixed Diced vegetables (such as carrot, celery, zucchini, parsley root, to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Place beef in a greased roasting pan and cook in preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
2.
Turn off the oven, let beef rest in the oven for 10 minutes. Cook diced vegetables in a pot of boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain, rinse briefly with cold water and drain again.
3.
Slice beef, arrange on a plate and garnish with diced vegetables and parsley leaves.
