- 150 grams Napa cabbage
- 100 grams Long grain rice
- 1 Bell pepper (red and yellow, cleaned, washed, halved, seeded and cut into thin strips)
- 200 grams Leeks (the white and light green, halved lengthwise, cut into long narrow strips about 5 cm)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
- 750 milliliters Chicken broth
- 3 Tbsps bright soy sauce
Preparation steps

Cook the rice according to package directions.

Rinse cabbage, pull apart leaves, cut into strips and mix with the prepared vegetables and the rice, season with salt and pepper.

In a pot, bring the broth to a boil and set a steamer in the pot. Place the rice and vegetables in the steamer, cover and cook about 15 minutes until the vegetables aree tender. Transfer to a bowl, add the parsley and soy sauce, fluff with a fork and serve.
