- 100 grams Long grain rice
- 200 grams carrots
- 200 grams Celery
- 200 grams Leeks
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 200 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 2 Chicken breasts
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse rice under running water and boil with twice the amount of lightly salted water, cover and let swell about 20 min. at a very low heat.

Meanwhile trim, rinse and chop vegetables. Cut chicken into strips.
3.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté the vegetables, pour in vegetable broth, add the chicken strips and bring to boil, cover and simmer approx. 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Serve rice with vegetables and chicken in a bowl and garnish with parsley.
