200 grams Basmati rice
250 grams TK Peas
250 grams shrimp (TK)
juice of lemons
5 vegetable oil
1 garlic clove
1 bunch parsley
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the rice according to package directions.

2.

Blanch the peas in a pot of boiling salted water until tender, 3-4 minutes. Drain, run under cold water and drain again.

Prepare shrimp according to the package directions.

Rinse the parsley, pat dry and chop finely.

5.

Crush the garlic through a garlic press. In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. 

6.

In a bowl, toss the lukewarm rice, shrimp and salad dressing together, add the parsley and season to taste.
