- 2 liters Chicken broth
- 1 tsp freshly chopped ginger
- 100 grams thinly sliced Mushrooms
- 100 grams Rice noodles
- 4 scallions (rinsed and trimmed)
- Napa cabbage (cut into strips)
- paprika (50 grams, finely chopped)
- carrots (50 grams, finely chopped)
- lemons (Juice)
- salt
- Light soy sauce

Preparation steps
1.
In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and add ginger.

Add mushrooms and noodles and boil about 2 minutes. Cut scallions crosswise on the diagonal. Add scallions, Napa cabbage strips, pepper and carrot to pot.
3.
Cook 30 seconds and season with lemon juice, soy sauce and salt.
