12 dried Goji berry (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper cups.

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy. Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff. Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Sift the flour and add to the mixture. Fold in the nuts. Pour the mixture into the muffin tin and bake for about 25 minutes.

3.

Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve garnished with a goji berry.
