Preparation steps

Rinse the rhubarb and cut into pieces. Boil the sugar with 200 ml (approximately 1 cup) of water. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the rhubarb and cook for 10-15 minutes, until soft. Let cool and pour through a cloth-lined sieve. Pour into bottles, seal and store in the fridge.

Serve diluted with mineral water.
