- 125 grams softened butter
- 50 grams shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 milliliters strong Red wine
- 50 milliliters Vegetable broth
- ½ tsp honey
- ½ bunch parsley (or 2-3 tablespoons chopped)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch peppers
- 1 pinch Cumin
Preparation steps

Add the butter to a mixing bowl, and beat until fluffy. Peel and finely dice the shallots and garlic. Heat the red wine, broth, shallots and garlic in a pot. Mix in the honey and boil for 20 minutes. Set aside and cool.

Rinse and dry the parsley, then remove the leaves and finely chop. Stir into the onion mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cumin. Mix into the butter. Transfer to a small bowl, and chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Serve, garnished with the sliced shallots and parsley.
