Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Can opener, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Large knife, 1 Skillet mit Deckel, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Aluminum foil
Preparation steps
1.
Wash the peppers and peel thinly with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds and the inner ribs. Simmer in plenty of salted water for 5 minutes. For the trout cream, briefly puree the trout and the garlic cloves in a blender. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley and sour cream.
2.
Drain the peppers and refresh in ice-cold water, then pat dry and lay flat on a work surface. Cut the pepper halves into 4 rectangles measuring approximately 5 x 8 cm.
3.
Pile a strip of the fish cream along the 5 cm side of each piece of pepper and roll up carefully. Tie a chive around each roll. Place on spoons and serve.
