Rinse currants, using a fork remove from branches and sprinkle with 200 grams (approximately 7 ounces) sugar and let stand for about 30 minutes. Mash currants coarsely with a fork and then pass through a sieve.

Soak red gelatin in cold water, squeeze and dissolve dripping wet in a small pan. Pour gelatin into the currants. Combine whole milk yogurt with remaining sugar and mix to dissolve the white gelatin the same as the red and fold into the yogurt mixture.

Pour yogurt into beautiful glasses and place in the refrigerator until almost solidified, then pour some currant mixture on top, solidify and continue until all is used up, finishing with yogurt. Allow to set completely in the refrigerator and serve.
