- 5 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 generous pinch Ground allspice
- 1 generous pinch Ground clove
- 1 generous pinch Ground cinnamon
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

Trim the cabbage and remove the core. Julienne the cabbage and place in a bowl with boiling water. Let soak for 5 minutes, and drain.
2.
Mix the vinegar, honey, oil, and spices. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss the dressing with the cabbage, divide into jars, and serve.
