4 Tbsps White balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the outer leaves of each cabbage and slice in a separate bowl. Rinse the lemon, squeeze the juice, mix with the vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the cabbage. Knead the cabbage well with your hands.

Marinate the cabbage for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, mix in the oil to taste. 

3.

Distribute the coleslaw into 4 bowls and serve.
