This salad is light, refreshing, and a perfect side for any of your barbecue meals! Cabbage has many health benefits, including providing a lot of vitamins and minerals. This includes vitamin C, which is important for a healthy immune system, and vitamin K, which is important for healthy bones and blood clotting!

- ½ small Green cabbage
- ½ small Red cabbage
- 2 lemons
- 4 Tbsps White balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil

Remove the outer leaves of each cabbage and slice in a separate bowl. Rinse the lemon, squeeze the juice, mix with the vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the cabbage. Knead the cabbage well with your hands.
Marinate the cabbage for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, mix in the oil to taste.
Distribute the coleslaw into 4 bowls and serve.
