- 40 grams Algae (dried; or 400 grams blanched spinach)
- 2 scallions
- 4 Tbsps Safflower oil
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and cut into thin slices)
- white peppers
- 4 Tbsps Lime juice
- 400 grams tuna or Salmon (sushi quality)
Preparation steps

Cover the algae with lukewarm water and let soak for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse in a colander with cold water and drain. Meanwhile, rinse the scallions, trim, cut the green into thin rings and finely chop the white. Heat the oil, add the garlic and the white part of the scallions cook until brown. Then pour in the algae, season with pepper and cook for about 8-10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Then pour in the lime juice and let cool. Cut the fish fillets into thin strips. Season the vegetables with salt, mix in the algae and the fish gently and arrange on plates. Serve with the sprinkled green scallions.
