- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 Banana (sliced)
- ⅔ cup Yogurt
- 2 Tbsps honey
- ⅞ cup double cream
- 5 Tbsps Puffed rice

1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine grater
Preparation steps
1.
Blend or mash the raspberries, banana, yoghurt and honey.
2.
Whip the cream until stiff then fold in the puffed rice and the raspberry mixture.
3.
Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for about one hour. Insert wooden sticks and freeze for a further 3 hours at least.
