Ingredients

for 10 glasses about 1/4 liter
20 grams Peppermint leaf
1 liter Water
1 liter Raspberry syrup
2 Lemons (juice)
1 ½ kilograms Jam sugar

Preparation steps

Let the peppermint leaves dry for about 3 days. Scald with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain the peppermint water and mix with the raspberry syrup, lemon juice and jam sugar.

Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Pour into jars, seal immediately and let cool before serving.
