- 3 kilograms Apple (raw, makes about 1500 ml of juice)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 500 grams preserving sugar
- 1 ½ kilograms jam sugar (1: 1)
- 2 sprigs mint (cut into strips)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse all apples and combine with 2 liters (approximately 8 cups) of water, bring to a boil, stirring. Cook for about 20-30 minutes or until apples start falling apart.
2.
Line a sieve with damp cotton cloth and put on a pot, strain apple mixture. Weigh down with a plate and any full can, let cool.
3.
Measure 1.5 liters (approximately 6 cups) of juice.
4.
Combine juice with diet gelling sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for about 4 minutes.
5.
Remove pan from the heat. Add chopped mint and pour jelly into prepared preserving jars, seal well.
6.
Turn upside down and let cool for about 10 minutes. Return to normal position and cool completely.
7.
Serve as needed.
