- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 6 centiliters Mint liqueur
- 675 grams jam sugar (1:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

Rinse the mint leaves. Set some aside for garnish, and use the rest for the cooking liquid.

Mix the remaining mint with 125 ml (approximately 4 ounces) of boiling water. Let infuse for 15 minutes. Strain the liquid through a fine strainer. Bring the liquid to a boil with the cider, lemon juice, and jam sugar in a saucepan. Boil for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the mint liqueur. Fill immediately into the prepared jars. Top each jar with a few mint leaves, then seal tightly. Turn the jars upside down for 10 minutes. Turn right side up and let cool completely.
