- 500 grams Daikon radish
- 250 grams Radish
- salt
- 400 grams Smoked trout (without skin)
- 2 slices Toast
- 1 handful baby Spinach
- 2 sprigs Dill
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- 5 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated Horseradish
- 1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Peel daikon radish and cut lengthwise into long thin strips. Rinse radishes and pat dry, cut into thin slices. Season both with salt and let stand for about 10 minutes. Pat dry and arrange decoratively on plates. Tear trout into small pieces and arrange on top.

Toast bread slices.
3.
Rinse, clean and spin dry spinach. Rinse dill, shake dry and pluck off leaves.
4.
Whisk vinegar with oil and horseradish, season with salt and sugar and drizzle over salad. Spread salad with spinach and dill and serve with toasted bread.
