- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 1 oz Parmesan (1 piece)
- 7 Tbsps olive oil

Wash radish leaves and shake dry. Peel and chop the garlic.

Roast pine nuts in a hot pan without fat for 3 minutes at medium heat. Finely grate the parmesan.
