- 2 heads Radicchio
- 150 grams green Grape
- 80 grams Walnut
- 1 bunch Chives
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the radicchio leaves, pat dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.
2.
Coarsely chop the walnuts. Halve the grapes. Rinse the chives, cut into small rings and toss with the radicchio, grapes and walnuts.
3.
Whisk together the white wine vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad, toss well to coat and serve.
