- 12 ozs Egg noodle
- 1 red pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 Red onions (peeled, halved and finely diced)
- 1.333 cups button Mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- soy sauce
- Fish sauce

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Sieve, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Salad bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Salad server, 1 Peeler
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the egg noodles in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.

Wash, halve and core the red pepper and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3.
Wash and slice the courgette.
4.
Clean and thinly slice the mushrooms.
5.
Heat the oil and sweat the onion, pepper, mushrooms and courgette. Add the garlic, ginger and chilli and stir-fry for about 4 minutes. Add the dripping wet noodles and season to taste with soy sauce and fish sauce. Serve on warmed plates.
