- 2 Lily bulbs
- 150 grams Ginkgo nut (available at Asian grocery stores)
- 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt

Preparation steps

Cut the pumpkin flesh into diamond-shaped slices. Place in a steamer basket over boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Peel the lily bulbs, and drain the ginkgo nuts. Place in another steamer and also cook for 10 minutes.

Heat the peanut oil in a nonstick pan and pan-fry the vegetables in it briefly. Deglaze with the lime juice and vinegar and season with sugar and salt. Distribute in a bowl and serve while still hot.
