- 400 grams Pumpkin
- 2 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 onions
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped ginger
- 2 bay leaves
- 300 milliliters Chicken broth
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- salt
- 8 fresh jumbo shrimp tails
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- white peppers
- juice of Limes
- 6 Limes
Preparation steps

Coarsely puree the pumpkin pulp. Rinse the bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes.

Cut the onions into strips and garlic into slices and fry in oil over medium heat. Add bell peppers and pumpkin and sauté briefly. Add garam masala, turmeric, ginger and bay leaves along with the broth and simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix the yogurt with cornstarch and stir into the vegetables.

Peel and devein shrimp.
5.
Cook the shrimp in hot olive oil in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lime juice.
6.
To serve, arrange pumpkin and vegetables on plates and top with shrimp.
