- 2 predominantly waxy potatoes
- 1 Sweet potato
- 3 purple potatoes (Vitelotte)
- coarse Sea salt
- 2 Tbsps Thyme oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse all types of potatoes and place in a steamer. Steam in a large pot over boiling water, 25-30 minutes. Peel potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2.
Transfer potatoes to plates or bowls, top with coarsely ground sea salt and drizzle with oil. Serve as a side for meat or fish, or serve with a quark dip.
