- 800 grams small Boiled potato (from the day before)
- 2 bunches scallions
- 200 grams Bacon
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 thyme
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp Coriander (coarsely crushed)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel potatoes. Rinse and cut scallions. Cut bacon into small strips.

Fry bacon in hot oil. Add scallions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in wine, add thyme and season with salt, pepper and coriander. Add potatoes, cover and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Season to taste and serve.
