- 1 shallot
- 150 grams Leeks
- 300 grams potatoes
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 allspice
- 1 cloves
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 800 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 150 grams Sorrel leaf
- 200 grams Whipped cream
- grated Nutmeg
- parsley (to sprinkle)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the shallot, rinse the leeks and cut both into small pieces. Peel and dice the potatoes. Saute the vegetables in a large saucepan with the oil. Add the spices and pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil. Simmer for about 30 minutes.

Rinse the sorrel and remove the coarse stems.
3.
Remove the spices from the broth, add the sorrel and boil briefly. Puree the soup finely.
4.
Whip the cream.
5.
Season the soup with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Top with whipped cream.
6.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
