- 250 grams potatoes
- 2 Leeks
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable broth
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Chervil

Preparation steps
1.
Peel, rinse and slice the potatoes.
2.
Rinse the leeks and cut into thin rings. In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the potatoes and leeks and saute.
3.
Pour in 1 liter (approximately 4.5 cups) of water and the broth. Bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes.
4.
Stir in the creme fraiche, remaining butter and season with salt, pepper and vinegar.
5.
Serve sprinkled with chervil.
