Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.

Peel and rinse potatoes, cut into thin slices.

Rinse spinach, blanch in boiling salted water for a few minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Chop and season with crushed garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Butter baking dish and layer half of potatoes in it, overlapping. Spread with spinach and ham cubes and top with remaining potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
