- 600 grams small shallots
- 20 grams butter
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 300 milliliters Broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp sauce thickener
- 8 small Pork (each 70 grams)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel and dice shallots.

Heat butter, add shallots and sauté about 3 minutes, sprinkle with sugar and cook for another 3 minutes while stirring. Stir in vinegar and broth and simmer about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and thicken to desired consistency with cornstarch dissolved in a little water.

Rinse steaks and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry steaks on each side 1-2 minutes. Serve steask and sauce garnished with parsley.
4.
If desired, serve with roasted potatoes.
