- 12 small, waxy potatoes
- salt
- 600 grams Pork tenderloin (trimmed)
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 200 grams button Mushroom
- 12 rosemary
- freshly ground peppers
- olive oil (for brushing)
Preparation steps

Scrub potatoes thoroughly and cook in a pot of boiling salted water until knife-tender, about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse the peppers, cut into quarters, remove the seeds and pith and cut into bite-size pieces.

Wipe any dirt from the mushrooms with a paper towel. Rinse the rosemary and shake dry. Drain the potatoes, let the steam evaporate and let cool.

Alternately skewer the meat, peppers and mushrooms onto rosemary twigs. Season with salt and pepper and brush with a little oil. Cook until golden brown under a preheated broiler or in a hot frying pan. Reduce the heat and continue cooking to your liking. Serve with fresh herb cream cheese and lemon wedges, if desired.
