300 grams Pork tenderloin
300 grams Chicken breasts
1 Lime
½ lemon
1 Tbsp dried thyme
3 Tbsps sunflower oil
200 grams shiitake mushrooms
200 grams button Mushroom
1 bunch small onions
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Soak wooden skewers in warm water.

2.

Rinse the pork and chicken and pat dry. Cut into cubes. 

3.

Zest and juice the lime and lemon. 

4.

Combine the lime and lemon juice with the cubed meat, thyme and sunflower oil. Marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. 

5.

Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Peel and halve the onions. 

6.

Thread the meat onto the skewers alternately with the mushrooms and onions. Place on a preheated grill and cook for about 8 minutes, flipping once. 

7.

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the lime and lemon zest and serve immediately.
