600 grams Pork tenderloin
1 green Zucchini
1 yellow Zucchini
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 red paprika
5 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp ground paprika
salt

Preparation steps

Rinse pork, pat dry, trim fat and tendon and cut into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes. Rinse zucchini and tomatoes and cut zucchini in half and cut into 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick slices. Rinse bell peppers, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) cubes.

Alternately pierce prepared vegetables with pork on skewers. Mix oil with spices in a bowl and brush skewers with it. Grill on a hot barbeque turning occasionally for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
