- 2 inches fresh ginger (peeled and julienned)
- 2 cups Bean sprout
- 1 scallion (finely sliced diagonally)
- 4 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 1.333 cups sliced Prosciutto
- In addition
- Chervil
Preparation steps
1.
Combine the ginger, beansprouts, most of the spring onion and soy sauce in a mixing bowl, tossing well to coat evenly in the soy sauce.
2.
Lay the slices of prosciutto on a flat surface and dress the centres with a tablespoon of the beansprout mixture.
3.
Top with sprigs of chervil and roll up into fingers.
4.
Arrange on a serving plate and garnish with the remaining spring onion. Serve cold.
