- 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup good quality olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and pressed)
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 3 Pork tenderloin (about 450 g | 1 pound each)
- Oil (to brush the grill grate)

Preparation steps
1.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar.

Place pork in a large resealable plastic storage bag. Pour marinade into the bag and securely seal. Gently shake or squeeze bag to thoroughly coat pork. Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

Set grill up for direct grilling and preheat to medium-high heat. Lightly brush the grill grate with oil.
4.
Remove pork from storage bag and discard marinade. Grill tenderloins for 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
5.
Serve over rice if desired.
