800 grams Pork tenderloin
100 grams softened butter
50 grams slivered almonds
40 grams grated white bread
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Heat oil in pan and sear meat on all sides briefly. Season meat with salt and pepper and wrap in aluminum foil, roast in preheated oven at 80°C (approximately 175°F) for about 30 minutes.

Whisk butter until fluffy, season with salt, pepper and add almonds and bread. 

3.

Remove meat from the oven and unwrap. Increase oven temperature to 275°C (approximately 525°F). Spread almond paste on meat, place on a baking sheet and roast until light brown, watching carefully. Cut into thick slices and arrange on plates. Serve.
