- 3 Tbsps clarified butter

- 150 grams small button Mushroom
- 1 onion
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- ½ bunch Chives
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 200 grams
- 3 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps
1.
Season pork cutlets with salt and pepper. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and cook the cutlets on each side for about 3 minutes. Take out, wrap in foil and keep warm.

Peel onion and chop finely. Clean mushrooms, halve if needed and sear in hot oil. Add the onion and let cook. Pour in cream. Leave everything to simmer. Season with salt and pepper and stir in chives.

Cook spaetzle according to instructions on the package, drain and toss in butter. Serve meat with mushroom sauce and spaetzle. As desired, serve with a small mixed salad.
