- 600 grams small, young potatoes
- salt
- 4 scallions
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 1 Leaf lettuce variety
- 8 small pork Cutlets (at 90 grams)
- peppers (from the mill)
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- 3 Tbsps Corn oil

Preparation steps
1.
Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and cook about 25 minutes in boiling salted water.

Rinse, the spring onions and cut into rings. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and set aside. Rinse the lettuce, shake dry, tear into small pieces.
3.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper and cook in hot clarified butter for about 3-34 minutes.
4.
Drain the potatoes and cut in half. Mix with the spring onions and lettuce. Spread in a small bowl. Season with salt, sprinkle with oil and sesame seeds.
To serve: Place potatoes on a plate with the pork.
