- 300 milliliters Whipped cream

- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 40 grams grated Cheese
- 4 Pork cutlets
- freshly ground peppers
- Watercress (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C convection (approximately 320°F). Peel and chop the garlic. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and boil in a large saucepan with the cream and the garlic. Season with salt and nutmeg. Distribute into 4 ramekins and pour the remaining cream from the pot over the top. Cook for 35-40 minutes. In the last 10 minutes, sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Meanwhile, heat a grill pan. Rinse the pork chops, pat dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place on the grill pan, Depending on thickness, grill 3-4 minutes on each side. Arrange the chops and gratins on plates, garnish with watercress and serve immediately.
