- 8 thin slices Pork belly
- Basil pesto (from the refrigerated section)
- sun-dried tomato pesto (from the refrigerated section)
- 8 rosemary
- olive oil (cold-pressed)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Place pork belly slices on a work surface, flatten and spread on a generous coating tomato pesto. Add a small sprig of rosemary to each and roll up. Secure with a toothpick. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and fry rolls until crisp.
3.
Combine 3 tablespoons oil and 2 tablespoons of basil pesto. Place the finished rolls on a plate and drizzle with basil pesto oil. Serve immediately with crusty, fresh white bread and a glass of red wine.
