18 ozs Green beans
14 ozs Pork (escalope)
18 ozs cooked potatoes
100 Bacon (in slices)
1 Tbsp onions (diced)
1 ⅔ cups unsweetened Coconut milk
3 Tbsps yellow Curry paste
2 Tbsps Oil
Dill (to taste)
red chili peppers (chopped, to taste)

Preparation steps

Trim the beans and cut into pieces, then blanch in boiling, salted water for 3-5 minutes, refresh in ice-cold water and drain. Dice the meat and mix with the curry paste. Cut the bacon into strips. Peel and dice the potatoes.

Break the dill weed into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a deep skillet or wok, add the bacon and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the meat and onions and fry on all sides, stirring constantly. Add the coconut milk and the prepared vegetables. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the dill weed, season with salt and pepper and add chili to taste. Spoon into bowls and serve garnished with dill weed.
