600 grams Graham flour
50 grams sugar
1 ½ packets Baking powder
350 grams Quark
6 Tbsps milk
10 Tbsps vegetable oil
100 grams Poppy seeds (to sprinkle)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Knead graham flour, sugar, baking powder, quark, milk and oil to a dough. Roll out dough on a floured surface into a long rope and cut into 12-14 pieces of equal size.

Roll dough pieces into balls, flatten slightly and arrange close together on a greased round baking sheet. Brush rolls with water, sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake 30-40 minutes. Serve rolls immediately or let cool.
