1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Box grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 große Bowl, 1 Paper towel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Kitchen towel
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F gas 5. Grease an 18cm x 23cm|7" x 9" baking tin and line the base with non-stick baking paper.

Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
3.
Add the butter, sugar, eggs and almonds and whisk well until smooth. Stir in half the plums.
4.
Spread the mixture in the tin and level the surface. Place the remaining plums on top, pushing them down lightly into the mixture.
5.
Bake for about 20 minutes until risen and firm to the touch. Cool in the tin for a few minutes, then sift icing sugar over the top.
6.
Cut into squares to serve.
