400 grams Plum
60 grams brown sugar
2 centiliters Plum brandy
250 grams Puff pastry dough

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Butter tartlet pans or ramekins.

Rinse plums, remove pit and slice into thin columns. Arrange plum slices in a fan-like design in the tartlet pans or ramekins. Sprinkle sugar over plums and the sprinkle brandy over plums.

Roll out puff pastry into 3-4 mm (approximately 1/5 inch) thin sheets and cut circles a little larger in size than the tartlet pans or ramekins. Place puff pastry circles over plums and press dough into edge of the pan. Prick puff pastry with a fork several times and bake until golden brown in the preheated oven about 25 minutes.

To serve, place tart pans or ramekins on a plate.
