½ tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsps Pear syrup
2 Tbsps tender Oats

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the plums, pat dry, and remove the stones. 

2.

Set aside four plums halves for garnish. Puree the remaining plums with the kefir, lemon juice, cinnamon, pear syrup, and the tender oats. 

3.

Season to taste with cinnamon. 

4.

Pour the drink into glasses and dust with cinnamon. Garnish with the reserved plum halves and mint leaves, then serve immediately.
