- 200 milliliters Kefir
- 1 handful fresh Fresh herbs (as desired , such as borage, basil, parsley, dill)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- mixed Fresh herbs (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Puree the kefir with the rinsed, coarsely chopped herbs. Season to taste with lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

Pour into a glass and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
